There's a long Easter break in Sweden, starting on Good Friday and continuing all the way to Monday. We gathered in Falkenberg with Helen and Anders, and Björn and his family came down on Friday.
First, on Thursday night, we had some birthdays to celebrate.
Hans and Bea baked the chocolate cake on Thursday before picking Madeleine up at work and driving down. The cumilative age of these two ladies made a nice round number, but they refrained from putting it on the cake.
The Easter bunny came early on Saturday morning, as that's when Easter is celebrated here. The cold and barren garden didn't really provide any good hiding places...
Some of the eggs had Lego in them! Here's Bea showing off her Easter Bunny Lego figure.
Later on she showed Anders how to build a crane...
On Monday we were home in Göteborg, and the sun had finally shown itself, so we took a walk in the woods near Jonsered.
When we got home, we started making plans...
